At Meissner Sewing & Vacuum, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days for an exchange or a refund, subject to our standard restocking terms.

Verify Eligibility

Ensure your item is in its original packaging with all accessories included; please note that software, embroidery designs, and opened needles are non-returnable.

Obtain Authorization

Contact our customer service team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to our warehouse.

Pack and Ship

Securely package your item with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the box and ship it via a trackable carrier to our returns department.

Inspection and Refund

Once our technicians verify the condition of the machine or accessory, we will process your refund or store credit within 7 to 10 business days.
